Introduction. Today, interest in and attention to the use of innovative technologies in the education system are growing rapidly. Traditionally, educational goals focused on students acquiring pre-packaged knowledge. In contrast, modern technologies encourage students to be creative, to seek out knowledge independently, to approach learning innovatively, to think critically, and even to generate their own conclusions.

Innovative technologies introduce new approaches and changes in the activities of teachers and students within the pedagogical process, requiring the implementation of interactive methods. These interactive methods rely on the active participation of each student, fostering a creative approach to science and promoting independent thinking. When these methods are employed, learning becomes an engaging activity for students. They acquire the skills and abilities to work independently with the support and collaboration of teachers. Students gain new knowledge through scientific inquiry, research, and experimentation, adhering to the principle of learning through science.

Participants in the educational process work in small groups, with assignments given to all members rather than to individual students. Each member strives to contribute to the task, fostering a sense of community and increasing initiative among students. In the system of continuous education, it is essential to prepare learners and trainees not only by teaching them using innovative technologies but also by equipping them to successfully apply these technologies in their future practical activities. We believe that this is one of the main tasks in ensuring continuity in education.

Research Methodology. An innovative educational environment is a necessary pedagogical condition for ensuring the quality of education and improving teaching methods. It involves the use of innovative teaching methods, interactive educational materials, information and communication technologies (ICT), and other tools that facilitate active learning. Therefore, it is important to provide such an environment in the classroom.

An innovative learning environment includes skilled educators, modern teaching methods, and the tools needed to implement these methods. In the context of biopharmaceutical science, innovative teaching methods include:

  • Problem-based learning
  • Cooperative learning
  • Project-based teaching
  • Collaborative education

These methods place the student at the center of the learning process, activating participation and developing critical thinking, communication, and cooperation skills. Interactive educational materials in an innovative environment include various educational games, interactive tasks, web applications, multimedia presentations, and other resources that make learning more interesting and convenient. Computers, the Internet, software, and other technical tools are used to enhance the educational process through lessons that incorporate ICT. These technologies can be utilized for distance learning, creating interactive lessons, conducting research, sharing knowledge, and many other purposes.

In improving the teaching methods of biopharmaceutics, it is important to consider that the discipline includes practical training and laboratory work. Therefore, tools that encourage students to actively engage with the subject are essential. These include laboratory equipment, educational robotics kits, multimedia presentations, virtual tours, and other resources that help students immerse themselves in the learning material and learn interactively, ensuring the effectiveness of the lesson. The use of modern educational methods and technologies helps teachers make the learning process more effective, interesting, and accessible for students, fostering their independent learning, critical thinking, and cooperation skills.

Individualizing the educational process is also crucial. This involves taking into account the individual characteristics and needs of students by organizing differentiated tasks and teaching approaches. Providing equal opportunities for all students, regardless of their individual traits, requires pedagogical skill. Establishing a system of evaluation and feedback during lessons is necessary. Assessing student progress in biopharmaceutics classes, supporting their development, and providing feedback to improve the learning process ensure the quality of educational outcomes. Together, these factors determine the effectiveness of the educational process and ensure successful learning and development of students.

Discussion. The ongoing modernization of biopharmacy education highlights the importance of innovative teaching methods and the integration of modern technologies in medical higher education. As the healthcare landscape evolves rapidly, driven by technological advancements and emerging scientific knowledge, the methods used to educate future doctors and pharmacists must also advance. Innovative approaches play a critical role in preparing students for their professional roles and addressing the challenges associated with implementing these changes.

Modernizing biopharmacy education through innovative teaching methods and technology integration is not just a trend but a necessity in today's healthcare environment. These approaches enhance the educational experience for students and ensure that future healthcare professionals are well-equipped to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing medical field. As institutions continue to embrace these changes, the quality of healthcare education and, consequently, healthcare delivery will continue to improve, benefiting society as a whole.

Conclusion. Effective teaching of biopharmaceutics relies heavily on the use of innovative methodologies and technologies. By focusing on empirical analysis, observation, and experimentation, modern educational approaches ensure that students gain a deeper understanding of the complex interactions between drugs and the human body. As Francis Bacon compared method to a torch illuminating the path in the dark, proper methodology guides both educators and students toward knowledge and understanding. A certain problem cannot be positively solved by a false method; therefore, educators must continually refine their teaching methods, integrating innovative technologies and approaches to ensure the highest quality education. This commitment fosters the development of future healthcare professionals who are capable of controlling and advancing medical science.
