АННОТАЦИЯ

Согласно результатам исследования, для больных псориатическим артритом, имеющих признаки нарушений в психоэмоциональной сфере, характерно снижение показателей вариабельности сердечного ритма с развитием дисбаланса в работе вегетативной нервной системы с преобладанием воздействий со стороны симпатического звена. Признаки дисфункции вегетативной регуляции у данной категории больных наиболее выражены при нарастании степени активности воспалительного процесса.

ABSTRACT

According to research results, patients with psoriatic arthritis having signs of disturbances in the psycho-emotional sphere are characterized by reduced heart rate variability with the development of imbalance in the autonomic nervous system with predominance of actions on the part of the sympathetic link. Features of dysfunction of the autonomic regulation in this category of patients are the most signified when increasing of the degree of inflammatory activity.
