АННОТАЦИЯ
В статье рассмотрены объективные причины, обусловливающие непонимание и неприятие содержания сущностных и статусных потребностей, благ и ценностей, идей и мировоззренческих позиций людей, проживающих на различных континентах, в различных государствах. Обосновывается политическое и экономическое лидерство государств либерального типа. Рассмотрены объективные трудности, которые сопутствуют формированию новой модели мирового социально-экономического порядка. Описаны действия, которые следует осуществить совместными усилиями стран, способных преодолеть эти трудности.
ABSTRACT
The article describes objective reasons that cause misunderstanding and rejection of the content of essential and status needs, benefits and values, ideas and worldviews of people living in different continents, in different states. Political and economic leadership of the liberal type governments is explained. Objective difficulties that accompany the formation of a new model of global socio-economic order are under study. Actions, which must be accomplished together with countries’ efforts to overcome these difficulties, are described.
