АННОТАЦИЯ

Межрасовые романтические отношения и динамика их репрезентации в голливудском кинематографе анализируется с точки зрения присутствия расистских стереотипов и образов. Исследуются исторические корни расистских образов. Главная тенденция Голливуда в изображении межрасовых романтических отношений такова, что проблема расы элиминируется из сферы политического в сферу приватного. Такой дискурс позволяет низвести расизм к индивидуальной реакции каждого отдельного человека на цвет кожи.

ABSTRACT

Interracial romantic relationships and the dynamics of their representation in Hollywood cinema is analyzed in terms of racist stereotypes and images. The historic roots of the racist images are explored. The main trend to depict an interracial romance in Hollywood is that the problem of race is eliminated from the political sphere into the private sphere. This discourse takes racism as an individual reaction of every single person to skin color.
