АННОТАЦИЯ
В статье рассматриваются особенности деятельности регионального архивного учреждения в России в 1921—1928 гг. Обозначенный период интересен не только с точки зрения чисто архивоведческой специфики, но и тем, что в это время фактически формируется тот корпус источников, что сейчас служит основой в изучении не только региональной, но и общероссийской истории. На примере Татарского центрального архива (Татцентрархива) показано, как ведомственная принадлежность может корректировать и изменять деятельность архивного учреждения.
ABSTRACT
The article deals with working peculiarities of the regional archive institution in Russia in 1921—1928. This period is interesting not only from the viewpoint of specificity of archivistics but also the corpus served as the basis for studying regional and national history is formed at this time. Through the example of the Tatar central archival depository it is indicated how departmental subordination can correct and change the work of archive institution.
