АННОТАЦИЯ

Исследуется политика США в Восточной Азии после окончания «холодной войны» при администрациях У. Клинтона. Анализируются ее интеграционная составляющая, включая место мультилатерализма в концептуальном обеспечении внешней политики США, отношение к многосторонним региональным институциям в сферах экономики и безопасности. Особое внимание уделяется роли США в АТЭС. Прослеживается преемственность восточноазиатской политики администраций У. Клинтона и Б. Обамы.

ABSTRACT

The paper studies the U.S. post-Cold War policy in East Asia during Bill Clinton administrations. The author analyzes its integration component, including multilateralism as an influential concept and the U.S. policy towards economic and security regional institutions. The research emphasizes America’s role in the APEC. It traces continuity in the Bill Clinton and Barack Obama administrations’ East Asian policy.
