АННОТАЦИЯ

Нами было проведено исследование сравнительной фармакокинетики и биоэквивалентности препаратов «Прамипексол», таблетки 0,25 мг (Синтон Б.В., Нидерланды) и «Мирапекс»®, таблетки 0,25 мг (Берингер Ингельхайм Фарма ГмбХ и Ко.КГ, Германия) с участием здоровых добровольцев. В результате исследования было показано, что сравниваемые препараты биоэквиваленты.

ABSTRACT

We conducted the study of comparative pharmacokinetics and bioequivalence of drugs Pramipexole tablets 0.25 mg (Sinton BV, Netherlands) and Mirapex®, 0.25 mg tablets (Boehringer Ingelheim Pharma GmbH & Co. KG, Germany) in healthy volunteers. The study shows that the compared drugs are bioequivalent.
