Website of scientific articles and publications

The development of scientific fields and information technologies is changing the ways in which research results are published. Universum Publishing House issues seven peer-reviewed scientific journals and publishes the results of scientific research following independent peer review.

The website for scientific articles and publications provides researchers at various stages of their scholarly work with the opportunity to submit an article for publication in accordance with the editorial and publishing process. Postgraduate students and doctoral candidates build up their publication portfolio while preparing their dissertation research; lecturers and researchers introduce the results of their work into scholarly discourse. Papers by undergraduate students are accepted for consideration only when a scientific supervisor is listed as a co-author.

To publish an article, please select the scientific field that interests you.

Manuscript handling procedure:

  • each article undergoes independent double-blind peer review; the peer review period is up to 30 working days;
  • the decision on publication is made by the editorial board based on the scientific quality, validity, and relevance of the work; manuscripts that receive a negative reviewers' opinion are not accepted for publication;
  • each accepted article is assigned a UDC index and is published with the full bibliographic data of the issue;
  • after publication, the author receives an official certificate confirming the publication of the article;
  • for questions regarding manuscript formatting, authors may contact the journal's editorial office.

The Universum series covers the technical, natural, medical, social, and humanities sciences. The list of sections for each journal is provided in the "Journal sections" area on its page.

Published articles are made openly available on the journal's website under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license, with authors retaining copyright. Article metadata is transferred to eLIBRARY.RU and CyberLeninka. In addition, the author may order a printed offprint of the article and a copy of the journal, with delivery by post.
