АННОТАЦИЯ
Изучено влияние предварительной гидротермической и инфракрасной обработки семян льна и кунжута на выход масла при холодном отжиме. Установлено, что при этом в масле при повышении его извлечения сохраняется значительное количество важных нутриентов.
ABSTRACT
The effect of pre-hydrothermal and infrared processing of flax seeds and sesame oil yield during cold pressing is under study. It is stated that while increasing this oil extraction a significant amount of important nutrients is preserved.
