Universum: Technical Sciences is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal that brings together researchers in the field of technical sciences from Russia, the CIS, and abroad.
The journal's mission is to promote the development of science and the dissemination of reliable scientific knowledge by providing open access to the results of fundamental and applied research in the fields of mechanical engineering, electronics, information technology, construction, energy, and related technical disciplines.
Objectives of the journal
- publication of original scientific research of theoretical and practical significance in the field of technical sciences;
- ensuring independent expert evaluation of manuscripts through double-blind peer review;
- support for engineering schools, young research engineers and postgraduate students in technical fields;
- integration of authors from Russia, CIS countries and abroad into international scientific communication;
