АННОТАЦИЯ
Дана сравнительная оценка шести способам экстрагирования кожуры плодов граната водными растворителями на основании отметок желательности показателей-откликов, выбранных для оценки качества выполнения возложенных на них функций. В математическом анализе использован метод определения обобщённого параметра оптимизации.
ABSTRACT
A comparative assessment of six methods of extracting pomegranate peel with aqueous solvents is given on the basis of desirability marks of performance-response selected to assess the quality of performance of their duties. In the mathematical analysis the method for determining the generic parameter of optimization is used.
