АННОТАЦИЯ

Цитохимический анализ является высокоинформативным и относительно доступным методом изучения клетки. Нейтрофильные гранулоциты осуществляют первую линию антимикробной защиты, и от их функционального потенциала во многом зависят течение и исход воспалительного процесса. Нейтрофилы играют огромную роль в неспецифическом иммунитете, поэтому эти клетки являются универсальной мишенью и, соответственно, индикатором различных нарушений гомеостаза и гомеокинеза.

ABSTRACT

Cytochemical analysis is a highly informative and relatively affordable method of study cells. Neutrophil granulocyte are first line antimicrobial protection and their functional capacity depend on the course and outcome of the inflammatory process. Neutrophils play a huge role in the nonspecific immunity, therefore, these cells are targeted and, accordingly, an indicator of various disorders of homeostasis and gomeokineza.
