АННОТАЦИЯ

Для изучения особенностей протеиназо-ингибиторной системы крови при хронической обструктивной болезни легких (ХОБЛ), сочетающейся с абдоминальным ожирением (АО) исследовали лизис азоальбумина, азоказеина и азокола, а также содержание α₂-макроглобулина в плазме крови.

Доказано, что сочетание ХОБЛ с АО сопровождается усилением протеолитической активности плазмы крови на фоне ослабления ингибиторного потенциала.

ABSTRACT

To study the characteristics of the oxidant-antioxidant status in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in combination with abdominal obesity (AO) studied the lysis of the azoalbumin, azocaseine and azocol, and the contents of α₂-macroglobuline in the blood. Found that a combination of COPD with AO is accompanied by increased proteolytic activity of the plasma on the weakening of inhibitor potential.
