В условиях гипобарической гипоксии на фоне применения производного тиазолидина — вещества Les-589 — исследовали активность регуляторных систем на основе анализа вариабельности сердечного ритма, а также интенсивность про- и антиокислительных процессов (ПОЛ-АОА) в крови и печени крыс. Установлено, что предварительное введение Les-589 вызывает эффективное восстановление активности всех звеньев регуляторных систем, а также способствует нормализации процессов в системе ПОЛ-АОА в крови и печени крыс, по сравнению с гипоксией.
ABSTRACT
We have investigated the activity of the regulatory systems based on the analysis of heart rate variability, as well as the intensity of pro- and antioxidant processes (LPO-AOA) in the blood and liver of rats, under the conditions of hypobaric hypoxia on the background of introduction of thiazolidine derivatives — substances Les-589. It has been established that the preliminary introduction of Les-589 causes effective recovery of the activity of all parts of regulatory systems. It also promotes the normalization of processes in the system LPO-AOA in the blood and liver of rats, compared with hypoxia.
