АННОТАЦИЯ

В исследование были включены больные с РА из трех регионов Узбекистана: город Ташкент — I зона (n=25); Хорезмская область — II зона (n=25), а также Наманганская область — III зона (n=28). Сравнительный анализ иммунного статуса показал, что во II зоне в отличие от других зон отмечается достоверный факт снижения Т-клеточного иммунитета и достоверное увеличение Вm-лимфоцитов. Вместе с тем II зона отличилась достоверно низкими показателями CD 11b+, CD 18+, CD 25+ и СД95+ клеток.

ABSTRACT

The study included RA patients of the three regions of Uzbekistan: Tashkent — I zone (n = 25); Khorezm region — II zone (n = 25), and the Namangan region — III zone (n = 28). Comparative analysis of immune status showed that in the zone II, in contrast to other zones there was marked reduction of T-cell immunity and a significant increase of Вm- lymphocytes. At the same time zone II distinguished itself with reliably low rates of CD 11b+, CD 18+, CD 25+ and CD95 + cells.
