АННОТАЦИЯ

Морфологические изменения ткани паращитовидных желёз, как ассоциированные с возрастом, так и обусловленные побочным эффектом нейролептиков, имеют однонаправленный характер, суммируются и отягощают друг друга, приводя к более ранним и тяжёлым структурным повреждениям, свидетельствующим об угнетении функциональной активности этих органов. Побочное действие антипсихотиков является доминирующим патогенным агентом, определяющим глубину, тяжесть и сроки развития морфофункциональных нарушений.

ABSTRACT

The morphological changes of tissue of parathyroid glands both associated with an age and the neuroleptics caused by side effect have the unidirectional character, are summarized and burden each other, leading to earlier and heavy structural damages testifying to an oppression of functional activity of these bodies. The side effect of antipsychotics is the dominating pathogenic agent determining depth, weight and terms of development of the morphofunctional violations.
