АННОТАЦИЯ

Данная работа рассматривает вопрос соответствия антибиотикопрофилактики существующим рекомендациям перед операциями низкой травматичности. На сегодняшний день у нас есть определённые рекомендации в отношении антибиотикопрофилактики с целью предотвращения инфекции области хирургического вмешательства. Антибиотик должен быть введён за час до операции, и продолжительность профилактики не должна превышать 24 часов. Данная работа показывает, что такие простые рекомендации далеко не всегда выполняются.

ABSTRACT

This article was devoted to the question of antibiotic prophylaxis to present recommendations before low traumatic operations.

Today we have specific guidelines of antibiotic prophylaxis to prevent of surgical site infection. Antibiotics should be entered before one hour of operation and the length of prophylaxis should not exceed 24 hour. This article showed that very simple recommendations are not always executed.
