АННОТАЦИЯ

Представлен обзор литературных данных по влиянию снижения функции щитовидной железы на развитие болезней системы кровообращения у лиц, длительное время подвергавшихся радиационному воздействию в диапазоне малых доз. Приведены схемы рациональной терапии артериальной гипертонии на фоне гипотиреоза с позиции доказательной медицины.

ABSTRACT

There is presented a literature data review about the impact of decreased function of thyroid gland on development of circulatory diseases with people exposed for a long time to radiative action in the range of low doses. There are described the schemes of optimal treatment of arterial hypertension associated with hypothyroidism from a perspective of evidence based medicine.
