АННОТАЦИЯ

В статье представлены результаты лечения детей с острым гематогенным остеомиелитом. Авторами сформулированы основные принципы комплексного лечения, показана эффективность хирургического и консервативного лечения больных с данной патологией, отмечена важность своевременно выполненной хирургической операции. Также авторы отметили особенности проведения адекватной антибактериальной и иммунокорригирующей терапии.

ABSTRACT

The article presents the results of treatment of children with acute hematogenous osteomyelitis. The authors formulated the basic principles of complex treatment, demonstrated the efficacy of surgical and conservative treatment of patients with this pathology, noted the importance of timely implementation of surgery. The authors also noted the peculiarities of adequate antibiotic and immunotherapy.
