АННОТАЦИЯ

В группах потомков, рожденных от облученных родителей, представленных лицами 01.09.1949—31.12.1962 гг. рождения, подвергавшихся прямому облучению в кумулятивной дозе 634 мЗв, и группе лиц рожденных с 01.01.1963 г., постоянно проживающих на изучаемых территориях, прилегающих к Семипалатинскому полигону, среднегодовой относительный риск болезней желудочно-кишечного тракта в I основной группе составил 1,76, во II основной группе 1,42. Наиболее высокие относительные риски в основных группах зарегистрированы в возрастных стратах 20—29 лет (RR=2,2;1,79 соответственно), 30—39 лет (RR=2,3; 2,2 соответственно), 40—49 лет (RR=1,6); во II основной группе уровни болезней желудочно-кишечного тракта не имели существенных различий с контрольной группой.

ABSTRACT

Average relative risk of digestive system diseases in the groups of descendants born to exposed parents, represented by those born in 01.09.1949—31.12.1962, exposed to direct radiation at the cumulative dose 634 mSv and in the groups of those born from 01.01.1963, residing in the study area adjacent to the Semipalatinsk test site, in the 1st main group was 1,76, and in the 2nd main group — 1,42. The highest relative risks in the main groups were reported in the age strata 20—29 years (RR=2,2; 1,79 respectively), 30—39 years (RR=2,3; 2,2 respectively), 40—49 years (RR=1,6; in the 2nd main group the levels of digestive system diseases did not has significant differences with the control group.
