АННОТАЦИЯ
Диспансерное обследование рабочих металлургического комбината — женщин и мужчин — показало наличие у контингента метгемоглобинемии. Выяснено, что уровень метгемоглобина в крови у женщин был выше, чем у мужчин. Однако у мужчин повышение концентрации метгемоглобина было сопряжено с понижением концентрации общего гемоглобина в большей степени, чем у женщин. Сделан вывод о том, что женский организм обладает более высокой адаптацией к окислению гемоглобина.
ABSTRACT
Prophylactic investigation of workers (males and females) of metallurgic plant has shown that there is a methaemoiglobinaemia. It has been established that level of methaemoglobin was elevated in more degree at women than men. However, elevation of concentration of methaemoglobin at men has been coupled with decreasing of level of total haemoglobin in more degree than women. The conclusion of this observation is that organism of woman has more degree of adaptation to oxidation of haemoglobin than man organism.
