В статье затрагиваются проблемы формирования и поддержания благоприятного психологического климата в детском любительском коллективе. Актуальность статьи обусловливается усложнением психической жизнедеятельности, ростом обособленности детей от коллектива, наличием психологической неустойчивости детей и проблем в общении со сверстниками. Материалы будут полезны руководителям детских любительских объединений.

The article addresses the problems of forming and maintaining a favorable psychological climate in the children's amateur team. Article relevant in connection with the increasing complexity of mental life, an increasing number of children separated from the team, the presence of mental instability and problems of children with peers.
