Установлены различия в способности штаммов Azotobacter vinelandii 10702, Enterobacter nimipressuralis 32-3, Paenibacillus polymyxa П и Rhizobium radiobacter 10 колонизировать разные части корня томата и капусты. Исследовано методом ГХ-МС наличие жирных кислот в культуральной жидкости штаммов бактерий и корневых экссудатах овощных растений. Штаммы отличались по количественному и компонентному составу жирных кислот. Более богатыми по содержанию жирных кислот были экссудаты корней томата, которые обеспечили лучшую приживаемость бактерий.
ABSTRACT
It has been established the differences in the ability of strains of A. vinelandii 10702, E. nimipressuralis 32-3, P. polymyxa P and R. radiobacter 10 to colonize different parts of the root tomato and cabbage. It has been investigated by the GC-MS — method presence of fatty acids in culture broth of strains of bacteria of root exudates and vegetable plants. Between the strains are differences by quantitative and component composition of fatty acids. Richer in content of fatty acids were exudates of tomato roots and provide a better survival rate of bacteria.
