В статье дана характеристика долгосрочного лизинга в строительстве в аспекте воздействия на него многочисленных рисков, которые требуют учета и прогнозирования. Авторы предлагают схему досрочного погашения долгосрочного лизингового договора с учетом интересов обеих сторон этого контракта.
ABSTRACT
The article gives characteristics of a long-term lease in the construction in the aspect of impact on it addressing multiple risks that require account and forecasting. The authors propose a scheme for early repayment of long-term leasing contract, taking into account the interests of both sides of the contract.
