АННОТАЦИЯ
Дано количественное определение привлекательности для инвестиций в производство. Исследована ее зависимость от трудоемкости. Рассмотрена эволюция экономики при открытом рынке. Найдены индикаторы стимулирования трудоемких производств посредством налоговой системы через повышение налогового гнета на материалоемкие производства и снижением его на трудоемкие производства.
ABSTRACT
The quantity definition of the investment attractiveness of industries is introduced. Its dependence from labor-consuming is opened. The evolution of economy after market opening is considered. The indicators of stimulating intensive labor-consuming industries through the tax system by increasing the tax burden on intensive raw-consuming industries and by decreasing it’s on labor-intensive industries is substantiated.
