Свободно-радикальное окисление белков имеет важное значение для организма, принимает участие в различных патофизиологических процессах. Методы их оценки различны. Наиболее распространена реакция с 2,4-динитрофенилгидразином. Установлено, что пептиды плазмы, происходящие из окисленных белков, содержат большое количество кетонных групп.
ABSTRACT
Free-radical protein oxidation has an important value for an organism, takes part in a varied pathophysiological processes. The reaction with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine is mostly used. It has been established that plasma peptides, came from already oxidized proteins, contain a large amount of carbonyl groups.
