АННОТАЦИЯ

Новый перспективный штамм 19 идентифицирован как B. subtilis. Изучены его морфолого-биохимические особенности. Штамм по уровню и спектру антагонистической активности не уступает референтному штамму B. subtilis D-26, нефитотоксичен. Штамм B. subtilis 19 не обладает резистентностью к изученным антибиотикам: зона подавления роста составляла от 11 до 24 мм. Показано положительное воздействие штамма B. subtilis 19 на развитие растений моркови и пшеницы озимой в условиях вегетационного опыта.

ABSTRACT

The new perspective strain has been identified as B. subtilis. It has been investigated the morphological and biochemical features. The strain by level and spectrum of antagonistic activity doesn't concede to a reference strain B. subtilis D-26, not phytotoxic. The strain B. subtilis 19 doesn't possess resistance to the studied antibiotics — the zone of suppression of growth was from 11 to 24 mm. Positive influence of the strain B. subtilis 19 on development of plants of carrots and winter wheat under green-house experience has been shown.
