АННОТАЦИЯ

Изучены особенности накопления эфирного масла растениями витекса священного в течение вегетационного периода в предгорной зоне Крыма. Определен компонентный состав эфирного масла по фазам развития растений. Приведен сравнительный анализ качества эфирного масла с учетом состояния сырья. Изучено влияние подготовки сырья к переработке на выход эфирного масла и его компонентный состав.

ABSTRACT

The features of the accumulation of essential oil by Vitex plants during the vegetation season in submontane zone of the Crimea are under study. Composition of the essential oil according to the phases of plant development is identified. A comparative analysis of the essential oil quality considering the condition of raw materials is carried out. The influence of the preparation of raw materials for processing the output of essential oil and its component composition is considered.
