АННОТАЦИЯ
Статья посвящена проблемам инвестиционно-инновационных процессов, определению эффективной инновационной деятельности. Автор полагает, что методический подход, использованный при определении мультипликатора инвестиций, интересен при оценке результатов инновационных изменений.
ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to the problems of investment and innovation processes, the definition of effective innovation. The author believes that a methodical approach in determining the investment multiplier, is interesting in the evaluation of innovative changes.
