Mission
Universum: Psychology and Education is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal that brings together researchers in the fields of psychology and education from Russia, the CIS, and abroad.
The journal's mission is to promote the development of science and the dissemination of reliable scientific knowledge by providing open access to the results of fundamental and applied research in the fields of general and clinical psychology, pedagogy, developmental psychology, and educational technologies.
Objectives of the journal
- publication of original scientific research of theoretical and practical significance in the field of psychology and education;
- ensuring independent expert evaluation of manuscripts through double-blind peer review;
- support for pedagogical and psychological scientific schools, young researchers, practicing teachers and postgraduate students;
- integration of authors from Russia, CIS countries and abroad into international scientific communication;
- compliance with international standards of publication ethics (COPE).
A special place is occupied by research aimed at improving the educational environment, psychological support of the educational process and the development of professional competencies.

The journal is indexed in the scientific electronic library eLIBRARY.RU, Google Scholar, and international periodical directories. Research articles are assigned a DOI. Metadata is published in Russian and English.
The journal's editorial policy is based on the principles of openness, independence of expert evaluation, and academic integrity.
