АННОТАЦИЯ
Исследование механизмов омепразол-индуцированной диареи проводилось методом перфузии изолированного участка ободочной кишки у крыс in vivo. Определялись суммарные потоки воды и электролитов через эпителий ободочной кишки, а также уровень экспрессии протеина CFTR каналов в эпителии ободочной кишки после 28-суточного введения омепразола. Показано, что введение омепразола вызывает снижение уровня всасывания воды и Na+, повышение уровня всасывания К+ и Cl- и увеличение уровня экспрессии CFTR каналов в эпителии ободочной кишки гипергастринемических крыс.
ABSTRACT
The mechanisms of omeprazole-induced diarrhea were investigated by using of isolated colonic loop perfusing technique in vivo. The net water and electrolyte absorption as well as level of CFTR protein expression were determinated in the colonic epithelium after 28-days of omeprazole administration. It was shown that omeprazole treatment induced the decreasing of the net water and Na+ absorption and increasing of the net K+ and Cl- absorption. The level of CFTR protein expression was also increased in the colonic epithelium of hypergastrinemic rats.
