АННОТАЦИЯ

В статье рассмотрены вопросы горизонтального выравнивания бюджетов разного уровня через механизм распределения НДФЛ. Автор полагает, что опыт реформ Бельгии может использоваться в отечественной практике межбюджетных отношений.

ABSTRACT

The article discusses the horizontal alignment of budgets of different levels through the mechanism of the distribution of personal income tax. The author believes that the experience of reforms in Belgium can be used in domestic practice of intergovernmental fiscal relations.
