При рассредоточении ресурсов и расширении деятельности бизнес-систему не всегда можно рассматривать как единую организационную форму, стремящуюся к развитию или преобразованию. Предприниматели должны получить действенный диагностический инструмент, способный заранее смоделировать механизм вживления в существующую бизнес-систему нового элемента.

ABSTRACT

In dynamic environment diversification becomes a basis of achievement of a certain level of internal and external flexibility. At dispersal of resources and expansion of activity the business system cannot always be considered as the uniform organizational form seeking for development or transformation. Businessmen have to receive the effective diagnostic tool capable in advance to simulate the implantation mechanism in the existing business system of a new element.
