The “Concept for the Development of the Preschool Education System of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030” adopted by President Sh. Mirziyoyev on May 8, 2019 No PQ-4312 sets a number of priorities: should be based on an assessment of their social, personal, emotional, verbal, physical and creative development. At the same time, special attention should be paid to the formation of children's love for the Motherland, respect for the family, national, historical and cultural values of their people, a careful attitude to the environment. Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Preschool Education and Upbringing” provides for the education and upbringing of children, their intellectual, spiritual, moral and ethical development. It is a type of continuing education aimed at aesthetic and physical development, as well as preparing children for general secondary education. Our country is carrying out large-scale reforms aimed at educating a harmoniously developed generation, radically improving the system of preschool education, building various forms of preschool education, providing them with highly qualified, modern-minded teachers, introducing advanced foreign experience in education and upbringing. The main purpose of upbringing and educating children of primary and preschool age is to ensure the full development of the child, prepare him for school and respect his rights.

J. Yuldashev: "Innovation (from the English" Innovation") is a key part of the practice and theory of changing the internal structure of the system, and innovative activity is" incompatibility of traditional norms with new social requirements. " It is an activity aimed at resolving the complex problems that have arisen as a result of the conflict between the updated norms of practice and existing norms.” Researcher E. Gaffarov described "Innovation is a novelty that highlights the practical significance of the invention and ensures its success. "Innovative activity is first and foremost an activity that is both an economic and a social activity. While economic activity is mainly associated with the modernization of production of enterprises, social activity is characterized by the introduction and introduction of innovations in this social sphere. This activity is also related to research and creativity in creating or implementing innovations.

The study used a systematic approach and analytical methods, the results of which are the legal and regulatory framework for the preparation of preschool children for innovative activities, priorities for improving and developing the mechanism of preparing students for professional innovative activities, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of innovative and modern information technologies, the issues of organizing economic education through non-traditional methods. A solid foundation laid at an early age allows significant results to be achieved at puberty. It creates the best starting opportunities for the next generation and makes an important contribution to the social and economic well-being of the country. The money spent on the upbringing and education of primary and preschool children will pay off in the future. These requirements determine what the child will know at a certain age, what knowledge and skills he will have, as well as the minimum levels set for the formation of the child's general basic competencies and competencies in the areas of development. Article 8 of the Law "On Education" is devoted to "Preschool education and upbringing", which provides for the education and upbringing of children, their intellectual, spiritual, moral, ethical, aesthetic and physical development, as well as the preparation of children for general secondary education. is a type of focused education. ” This type of education also includes one year of compulsory preparation of children between the ages of six and seven for primary education. Requirements for the development of primary and preschool children became the basis for the development of a professional standard for teachers of preschool education. Because the professional competence of the educator is formed on the basis of the need to have the knowledge, skills and abilities to teach and develop the child. Today, all educational institutions, including preschools, are equipped with modern computer and information technology tools. This necessitates a new approach of educators to their work, the effective use of modern pedagogical and information and communication technologies in the formation of knowledge, skills and abilities of children in the classroom and their organization in an understandable and interesting way. The introduction of new computer and information and communication technologies in the educational process in preschool education, along with the formation of skills and abilities of teachers to use information technology, will change their place, tasks and role in the organization of training. Today, information technology is widely used in preschool education to expand the artistic and musical activities of students, to expand their imagination to read texts, see and distinguish pictures, to think through computer game programs and to form independent knowledge, skills and abilities.

In conclusion, in the process of using technology, every action performed in it must be correctly perceived, performed and imagined by children, the child must be able to understand every action, think and implement how to perform it.

As a result, it performs and forms a number of pedagogical and psychological functions:

- relieves fatigue and weakness;

- gives an icon to demonstrate their abilities and talents;

- allows you to act independently;

- allows to develop methods of cooperation;

- forms forms of communication;

- teaches how to interact with people;

- forms self-control;

- develops figurative imagination and thinking;

- develops speech, creative thinking and cognitive abilities.

Picture 4. Page of the book

This book, unlike other books, has sound sensors to improve children's reading literacy, and when clicked on each picture, thoughts about the fruit in the picture are read, and the pictures on the page show how much fruit the fairytale heroes have taken. The fruits shown in the picture may be different. Each fruit collected by the heroes of the fairy tale has sensors that give a signal when it is touched, and the child receives an account based on an audible signal transmitted from these sensors or the collected fruit. At the bottom of the book is a writing board for convenience and ease of learning for children. Its convenience is that the page can be opened without interruption on the board and the words written for study can be easily erased using a special eraser on the board. It also has a writing pen, which is attached to the board.

The general view of the book is equipped with color images, and each process in them is controlled by sensors. In addition, each piece of information presented was explained to the children in clear sounds. Modern children understand the technique from a very young age, so using this book will not be a problem for them.
