АННОТАЦИЯ

Результаты проведённых исследований свидетельствуют о повышенном уровне концентрации IL-6 и пониженном — IL-10 в сперме бесплодных мужчин. В эякулятах бесплодных мужчин установлена отрицательная коррелятивная связь концентрации IL-6 с объёмом спермы, а также количеством живых сперматозоидов. Положительная коррелятивная связь зафиксирована между параметрами концентрации IL-6 и количеством подвижных половых клеток. Возможно, что уровни концентрации IL-6 можно использовать в качестве информативного маркера для диагностики бесплодия у мужчин.

ABSTRACT

The results of research conducted on the sperm of infertile men show a higher level of concentration of the IL-6 in its secrets and reduced level of the IL-10. We have identified a tendency to negative correlative relationship between the concentration of IL-6 and volume of ejaculate, the number of live spermatozoa of infertile men, and towards a positive relationship between the concentration of IL-6 and the number of motility germ cells. It is possible that concentrations of IL-6 can be used as reference markers for the diagnosis of male infertility.
